Oppa strongly recommends HOT ingredients for those who have no energy to wake up in the morning and easily get tired throughout the day. It is compulsory to eat Once a month!! (Just Oppa said lah)

To cook for a whole chicken (around 2kg):

-Ginseng 인삼
-Milk vetch root 황기
-Kelp 다시마
-Jujube 대추
-Wild mulberry tree뽕나무
-Licorice 감초
-Dang Gui 당귀
-Acanthopanax 오가피

Instructions:

STEP 1. Put in the dry ingredients in the pot with water around 1.5L and boil for 30 mins

STEP 2. Add in a whole chicken and cook over medium heat for 30 mins. 

STEP 3. Serve with kkakdugi (radish kimchi by Oppa Kimchi ) or salt. 😋
